ARIDA security employs a rigorous hiring procedure and increased security vetting for its personnel. Its personnel have the relevant credentials and licenses, the highest levels of training (far exceeding the minimum requirements mandated by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps Amendment Act of 2007), and meet the highest standards in accordance with the PGC regulations.
